Refund policy
1) Once the Order is placed and item is not dispatched then cancel button would be enabled in your order page and you can cancel the product, refund would be initiated and credited back to your back account which was used for purchase within 3-7 business days.
Example: If you placed an order on Monday Evening , you have the option to make cancellation in order page by yourself by clicking on the cancel button until next day 12Noon IST ( i.e , in this case Tuesday 12:00 Noon, after 12:00 pm you wont be able to cancel through order page).
2) Once the Order is placed and item is dispatched and in transition then you are not eligible for order cancellation during product shipment phase.
3) Once the order is received and customer have change in mind/product is defective/damaged then customers can contact Orga Essentials Customer care.
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your order items to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You can send the photo of damaged or defective products through email or whatsapp , once the item is verified by Orga Essentails executives and approved for return, then customers can send the defective/damaged products to the below mentioned address. ( With your name, order number, phone number )

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
If the product package or seal is broken or used items then return cannot be accepted.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
